What do we mean when we talk about "Refilled Laser Toner Cartridges"?

Let’s step back to what a laser toner cartridge consists of.

It consists of a main body, with shell of a cartridge, two blades that go into it, an OPC drum, that allows to print on the paper, magnetic roller, the process starts through the electrostatic charge of the drum by the PCR, that leads finally to the printing and fine powder. Many cartridges have a chip that can count how much toner you’ve already used, how many sheets you’ve printed and the quantity of powder left in the cartridge.

Now we can switch to talk about what a Refilled Laser Toner Cartridge is. When we talk about refilled cartridge, we don’t mean a replacement process: in fact, no part of the cartridge will be replaced. The only thing that will be substituted, is the powder inside the cartridge, tested or not, handed over to the client.

So, let’s stress the main concept: Refilling a toner cartridge does not consist in replacing parts of the cartridge. These cartridges are tested or non tested depending on who does that and are handed over to you.
